Exchange Policy
At TuneLifestyle.pk, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to offer an exchange under the terms mentioned below.
Eligibility for Exchange
An exchange request will be accepted if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
- The request is made within 7 days of receiving the order
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and invoice are available
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
We do not offer exchanges for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Used or altered products
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Sale or discounted items (unless received damaged or wrong)
Exchange Process
To request an exchange:
- Contact our customer support through the website within 7 days of delivery
- Share your order number, issue details, and clear photos (if required)
- Once approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process
Exchange Delivery
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the same product is unavailable, you may choose another item of equal value
- Any price difference must be paid by the customer
- Shipping charges may apply
