Exchange Policy

At TuneLifestyle.pk, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to offer an exchange under the terms mentioned below.


Eligibility for Exchange

An exchange request will be accepted if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the order
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice are available

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Used or altered products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Sale or discounted items (unless received damaged or wrong)

Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support through the website within 7 days of delivery
  2. Share your order number, issue details, and clear photos (if required)
  3. Once approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process

Exchange Delivery

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the same product is unavailable, you may choose another item of equal value
  • Any price difference must be paid by the customer
  • Shipping charges may apply
