We currently offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan. Orders are delivered through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
Delivery Time
- Major cities: 2–4 working days
- Other cities & remote areas: 3–6 working days
Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout
- Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan
- Please ensure the provided address and contact number are correct to avoid delivery issues
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email (where applicable), allowing you to track your shipment.
Failed or Delayed Deliveries
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier may attempt re-delivery
- Additional delivery charges may apply in case of repeated failed attempts

- Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share your order number and clear photos of the issue
