Our 1-Year warranty covers:

The warranty period starts from the date of purchase mentioned on the invoice.


What Is Not Covered?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or mishandling
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage due to power fluctuations, water, or fire
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Missing accessories or packaging
  • Damage caused by use for commercial or professional purposes

How to Claim Warranty?

To claim warranty service:

  1. Contact TuneLifestyle.pk customer support within the warranty period
  2. Provide your order number or invoice
  3. Share details of the issue along with clear photos or videos (if requested)
  4. Our team will review the claim and guide you through the next steps

Warranty Resolution

  • Products approved under warranty will be repaired or replaced at our discretion
  • If the same product is unavailable, an alternative of equal value may be offered
  • Warranty service does not include cash refunds

Shipping & Handling

  • Customers may be responsible for shipping charges related to warranty claims
  • TuneLifestyle.pk is not responsible for damage during return shipping due to improper packaging

  • Warranty claims without valid proof of purchase will not be entertained
  • TuneLifestyle.pk reserves the right to approve or reject any warranty claim
