Our 1-Year warranty covers:

The warranty period starts from the date of purchase mentioned on the invoice.
What Is Not Covered?
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or mishandling
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage due to power fluctuations, water, or fire
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Missing accessories or packaging
- Damage caused by use for commercial or professional purposes
How to Claim Warranty?
To claim warranty service:
- Contact TuneLifestyle.pk customer support within the warranty period
- Provide your order number or invoice
- Share details of the issue along with clear photos or videos (if requested)
- Our team will review the claim and guide you through the next steps
Warranty Resolution
- Products approved under warranty will be repaired or replaced at our discretion
- If the same product is unavailable, an alternative of equal value may be offered
- Warranty service does not include cash refunds
Shipping & Handling
- Customers may be responsible for shipping charges related to warranty claims
- TuneLifestyle.pk is not responsible for damage during return shipping due to improper packaging

- Warranty claims without valid proof of purchase will not be entertained
- TuneLifestyle.pk reserves the right to approve or reject any warranty claim
